Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, and an order confirmation email or message will be sent to you. Due to the handcrafted nature of chikankari embroidery, slight variations in embroidery pattern, color, and fabric texture between the product photo and the delivered item may occur and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
